RAWS 2009 National Conference

Thursday evening

We will meet informally again this year for pre-conference drinks, dinner and discussions on Thursday evening.

Most association members have gained great value from these discussions with other members, outside the conference agenda, so book early and be there from Thursday evening to share you knowledge and be a part of RAWS 2009 in Canberra.

Friday

This year the Conference is back to a single day, with the AGM at 9.30am and the Conference starting at 10.50am and going through to 5pm. The Conference dinner starts at 7 pm.

This year's conference has a new venue, so we are hoping with fresh ideas we will be able to again pool our ideas and issues and plan our actions for RAWS in 2010 and beyond.

The conference is open to all Directors and Employees of RAWS Association Members, plus guests invited by the Association's Board.

Our agenda for 2009 with focus on the RAWS topics of interest and this will include our association’s industry experts from: Our Members, DoTaRS, The Australian Government Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts, our sponsors and others.

The conference agenda will be aimed at our key objectives of sharing knowledge for the benefit of all Members of the RAWS Association.

On Friday evening the Conference Dinner will be held at the Novotel.

Industry participation has benefited our members, so make sure you are ‘in the loop’ on the latest information to secure a future for your RAW by being a part of the RAWS 2009 National Conference in Canberra.
